Meet Dave

Aston watched this movie 3 times consecutively this week. You will laugh and laugh at some not so funny things when you watch. Mummy watch it last night and it's quite true that you are just amused by Dave. Good that you enjoy the movie !

Wizard of Ox

Today, mummy took leave to watch the Wizard of Ox show with Aston and some of his classmates. The show is screened at the new National Library/Drama Centre. This show is a two hour show. It is a very nice show because the actors and actresses speak clear good English, they wear nice colorful clothes and the great theatre production. This is a great show where it engages both hearts and minds and its contents provided a great chance for mummy to discuss with Aston. A superb piece of show that teaches children to imagine all things are always good if they think of them as they are. Mummy also likes the song "Over the Rainbow" that is so elegantly sang by Dorothy.

Night time toilet training project part two

For the last two weeks, Aston wet himself almost everyday. That particular day he woke up dry did not happen since then. We make sure you urine before sleeping and everytime you woke up, you are wet. You slept like a log and did not even realise wetness. So this means wetness will not trigger you to wake up. This also means you will not wake up by yourself in the middle of the night.

This is tough job for daddy and mummy.
Mummy buy for you one extra piece of blanket as this needed to replace your current blanket when it is wet and in the process of washing or drying.
Both of us decided to wake you up one time during mid night eg 2pm or 3pm. This will allow us to see if you succeed in night time toilet training.

Mummy's homework

What is Mummy's homework ? It just means doing assessment books. Mummy bought quite a number of them and Aston hardly wanted to do it. Sometimes he says he is tired, he is lazy or he has no time to do. I was getting quite worried it is very wasted if Aston did not complete the K1 books. I did not force him after so many months had passed. He delighted me few days back ! He came to me & told me he wanted to do the assessment books !! Ok, then he started to do the English book, followed by Maths book. He understand the questions very well and complete them without major problems. I am really really very happy !

Night time toilet training

For some reasons, Aston decided last night he wanted to wean off his diapers and wore underwear to sleep. You took the unused pieces outside the room and bid goodbye to the diapers. You are completely dry when you wake up this morning. You will have our support in this night time toilet training project. We are beginning to see some savings in not replenishing diapers for you and you know this money can be used to buy other needful things or we can save in your piggy banks.

Daddy and mummy are extremely pleased when you "announced" this decision.

The next thing is to ensure you wake up dry every morning. I will closely monitor this and provide the project update.
